According to Wikipedia, an amuse bouche (pronounced aˌmyzˈbuʃ) is a single, bite-sized hors d’œuvre. Literally, this term means amusement of the mouth. I’m putting together a list of amuse bouche finger foods that will amuse fingers, mouths and guests alike during your New Year’s Eve celebration.
