If you are looking for a quick and easy DIY holiday dessert gift, these gluten free candied nuts will do the trick.
The nuts are delicious and take about 20 minutes to make, maybe 3 minutes of that hands on time. All you need is a 2 cup mason jar and some beautiful wired ribbon (I found mine at Michael’s) and you’re on your way.
This year I will be giving out these cute little jars of candied nuts along with my gluten free cookbook (The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook) when we attend holiday parties.
With Thanksgiving approaching this Thursday, the holiday hectic-ness seems to have set in today. Quite a lot going on, all of it good.
If you haven’t seen my “Why Almond Flour?” page, be sure to check that out. You might also want to take a look at Gluten Free Girl’s new recipe for Dinner Rolls using almond flour. She has a lovely post on that.
