Chocolate Almond Joy Bars
Posted on June 10, 2011
These gluten free Chocolate Almond Joy Bars were inspired by Carrie of GingerLemonGirl.com who wrote a recipe for Almond Joy Impossible Pie. Who doesn’t like the combination of chocolate, almonds and coconut in the form of a high protein, gluten free treat? I don’t generally discuss nutrition because I assume most people who find this

Dairy Free Chocolate Mousse
Posted on June 7, 2011
This high protein, dairy free Chocolate Mousse is made with anti-oxidant rich dark chocolate and contains no dairy products –a double win. I’ve also used coconut palm sugar rather than agave to sweeten it. Many people do not like agave nectar, believing it is an overly processed sweetener (the I use is pure and organic).

I met Silvana last year at Blogher Food and felt an instant connection with her. During the day, our

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Posted on April 14, 2011
I love fudge, I do. The only trouble with it is that most fudge is so sweet I usually feel sick to my stomach after eating it. Needless to say, it’s been years, maybe even decades, since I’ve had fudge. However, when I stumbled across this recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge by Laura Dolson, I
