chocolate dirt recipe gluten-free

This chocolate “dirt” is perfect for dusting cakes and cupcakes.  It’s made from one simple ingredient –chocolate chunks and super easy to prepare.

I recently used this dirt to dust the Whipped Cream Frosting on my Banana Cream Pie Cupcakes.

Chocolate “Dirt”

  1. Place chips in a coffee grinder
  2. Grind until the texture of coarse sand
  3. Serve over cream, berries or cupcakes
