<description>&#60;p&#62;I am allergic to flax seed so I need a substitution for Elana's bread. I assume that the flax seed lends some stick-togetherness for the bread because when I have made it without it the bread is a little dry and crumbly. I have some oatmeal I can eat and have tried that but any other ideas? thanks.
