<title>Jay on "Matzo Balls - Too Dry"</title>

<description>&#60;p&#62;I tried making &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.elanaspantry.com/matzoh-ball-soup/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;Elana's kneidlach&#60;/a&#62; exactly as her recipe instructs but found them to be too dry and a bit crumbly.  What would you recommend I do to correct this?  Might the addition of xanthum gum be a good solution or would there be a better approach?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Our restrictions are Celiac based, but I also want to keep the recipe dairy-free for kashrut purposes.&#60;/p&#62;
