Agave lime is my daughter's favorite. I made it two weeks ago, using maple syrup instead of agave, and she couldn't tell the difference.</p> <p>Last night, I made the roasted chicken with olives and prunes. I made it according to the recipe, except that I subbed maple syrup for the agave, and I used 2 cloves of garlic instead of one because... well, because I just don't know how to stop at one clove of garlic, LOL! My husband said it is his favorite!
