La Tourangelle has wonderful sesame oil, so I would expect the same quality in the grapeseed oil. In my experience, olive oil can be substituted 1:1 for grapeseed oil in savory dishes and melted coconut oil for grapeseed oil in desserts. Good luck with the cookbook. My favorite recipe is for the chocolate chip scones with 1/4 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes added.
