<description>&#60;p&#62;Coconut flour is made from coconut that has had the coconut milk already squeezed out of it (think of the dry carrot pulp leftover after making carrot juice).  Try decreasing the fat &#38;#38; liquid content of the recipe &#38;#38; see if the ground shredded coconut works.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've read that the fat content in coconut flour (the packaged) kind is different from grinding shredded unsweetened coconut so it may not work to make your own coconut flour.  Good luck and let us know if you hear differently.
