OMG I'm thrilled to try these recipes, soooo looking forward to having crackers, and pizza dough. I'm sensitive to most of the alternative grain products as well, so this almond flour is a real find! But the cost of the flour does cause a bit of "sticker shock", so I'll have to pick and choose how I use it. It is not as fine a grind as the Honeyville brand, but might do in a pinch.
