I don't know if it is organic or not but I know someone posted about one size being uncontaminated. I don't remember if it was gluten or a nut allergy. They called the customer service number and got the answer. Can't hurt to ask anyway. Although I can find organic almond flour, I wonder if a middleman has purchased the almonds and milled them in a facility that has also done peanuts. I've emailed some of these middlemen, but haven't gotten any responses. I'm guessing they don't know where their product has been. Since I'm new at this, I'm wondering if anyone has a source I just haven't uncovered yet. </p>
