<description>&#60;p&#62;Hello,&#60;br /&#62;
I am new to posting, but have been looking at Elana's recipe's and beautiful site for a while. I am gluten free, dairy free, and egg free. I am just trying to find a healthy diet while eating with all these restrictions. I am pregnant (about six weeks) and nursing a 15 month old. I also don't really care for meat, just have a hard time eating it, I feel bad. I am posting to see if there are any other women out there either pregnant or nursing and following this type of diet and if there are any suggestions anyone has for breakfasts and just all around healthy tips or idea's for getting all the nutrients. I do take a prenatal. Thank you!
