<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, I have used xylitol. To substitute a dry sweetener for a liquid one, I have found using per 1 cup of a dry sweetener add 1/4 cup of water to the recipe. That has worked for me, give it a try!

Has anyone used xylitol successfully in any of Elana's recipes?  I have 2 children that cannot tolerate anything sweet, so we use xylitol in our own recipes, but everything comes out dry and crumbly.
