anyone make carrot cake into cupcakes?

    i have loved the carrot cake recipe on this website, but wonder if there is anyone out there who's had much luck making them into cupcakes? can you tell me if the time is different? has anyone cut the recipe in half with success?
    any advice would be great! i'm making these for the easter bunny this weekend.

    I routinely halve the recipe and made a single layer with no problems and I have also made this as cupcakes. I'm sorry that I don't remember how many cupcakes the half recipe makes but I used paper liners, filled them about 3/4 full and baked between 20 to 25 minutes. I'm guessing it was 6 to 8 cupcakes for the half recipe since I also make the Banana Birthday cake as cupcakes and that full recipe makes anywhere from 12 to 15 depending on the size of my bananas. Both full recipes call for 3 cups of almond flour to start with.

    I just made them as cupcakes, made seventeen... cooked for 35 mins...
