I recently made Elana's recipe for brined pickles. I made two jars. One jar I opened and put in the refrigerator after one week of sitting in the cupboard. No problems. The second jar I forgot about and it sat in the cupboard for about two weeks. This morning I opened it and it was bubbly and foaming. It smelled fine, but it is ok to consume? Please help!

Hmmm, I keep mine in the fridge after a few days. Not sure it would be good to eat a jar of foamy, bubbly pickles. I would say, no.
