Hi there. I was diagnosed in Dec. by stool and saliva genetics which was suggested by a nutritionist. My doctor, however, knows very little about celiac or gluten intolerance. I am looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable and having a hard time finding one. Has anyone found one in the Denver area they are happy with?
