Have you read the book? Does the information on your blood type fit you?
I read it years ago but did not implement what I read. I read it again today, at the encouragement of a friend, and it makes great sense to me. I am a type O and do best on a high protein, no starch diet. It confirms that eating this way (SCD) with my CD husband and GI daughter is best for me too. It says that I need to exercise vigorously to avoid depression. Right on. Time to get more consistent again!
