    i'm planning on making the coconut macaroons for my take along easter sweet treat. any suggestions on what to do with all of those egg whites?

    Personally, I would change the nut flour to suit me. You can change the honey to agave or even maple syrup. I bet it would still work fine.

    If it is yolks you need to use up, you could mix an extra one in here and there in your scrambled eggs.

    of course this one you would want to change the sugar to an alternate sweetener, perhaps increase the sweetener if you use unsweetened chocolate

    Those sound yummy! How about creme brulee? I made some once with coconut milk instead of cream! Ice cream, too! :D

    Please share how to make creme brulee with coconut milk. Do you just substitute it for the milk or cream in the recipe? I would like to make it today!!
