    I got the Almond Flour cookbook after finding this site last week. It's got some wonderful recipes in it but I can't have everything in alot of the recipes but I'm using alot of almond flour these days and will try to make substitutions for whatever I can't have. My question is what can I replace the flax meal with in the Scrumptious Bread recipe? I can't have flax.
