    Hi

I've been doing a lot of cooking lately for larger groups of people (like 25-35) and need some new recipies. In the past, we've usually just bought pre-made things that can be warmed in the oven or such, because it's quick and easy. I'm trying to get away from that and actually cook, as it's less garbage, and I know exactly what is going into my body.

I myself have no major food allergies, so I've never really had to think much about what to cook. I have used a lot of Elana's recipies for making cookies and such, in smaller batches, which have all met rave reviews, but haven't tried any main courses, or doubling/tripling recipes.

Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions for say, a main course lunch type of thing? It would have to be inexpensive ingredients (around $5 per person), easy to make (I have the morning to cook, can pre-prep some things the night before) and healthy. I've already done veggie soups, variations on beans and rice, and sandwiches (with spelt breads) I'm just looking to get more ideas. I usually try for some type of main dish, then a side salad, and various veggies/dip on the side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
