    Has anyone tried substituting sweet potato puree for the pumpkin?

    I haven't in Elana's recipe but I've used sweet potato puree in place of pumpkin - I usually fold in whipped egg whites to make it lighter. In fact, I made one a few weeks ago and it was incredible.
