    I was wondering if anyone has used goat butter? If so, how was it?

    It is really delicious :) It tastes "goaty", with a similar grassy bite as a nice chevre. But it has a beautiful flavor, wonderful on steamed vegetables, squash, and smeared on yummy baked goods. I didnt' try baking with it - I think it would be a pretty strong flavor to use in a baked good, but it is worth a try.
