I just received the almond flour gluten free cookbook but notice there is not a recipe for hamburger rolls. I so miss an actual roll not just biscuits or bread. Does anyone have a recipe or suggestion?

use this pizza crust recipe, dropping bun sized balls of the batter onto cookie sheets. flatten just slightly. you can brush the tops with egg-whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Margie, I have an awesome recipe that I make for "rolls" that fit hamburgers and sandwiches. It does not include any almond and/or coconut flower, takes 5 min to make and very delish. I'm not sure if I can post it here. If there is a way for you to get my email address, I'll be happy to share. I too missed hamburger rolls!
