  1. Hello all,

I just discovered this site and feel grateful for it!
I am getting married in two months in Boulder, CO, and would love to eat my own wedding cake. Any ideas on someone who we could hire to create a delicious almond-flour cake?

    Gratefully,

    Jenny

I made a gluten free wedding cake while back using Wise Choice Cake-ability Baking Aid by Expert Foods. You use nut flour instead of wheat flour. (Disclaimer: I am not associated with this company in any way - just like their products.)

Hi Jenny! I live in Colorado Springs, and we have a well-established bakery who special orders Gluten-Free cakes from a dedicated GF bakery. They produce wonderful regular cakes and are picky about quality. I bet they could work with you in creating a GF wedding cake, or maybe provide information about the bakery they work with. We also have a local Gluten-Free bakery. They specialize in breads and cookies but may also work with cakes (not really sure). Here are the numbers: Little London Cake Shoppe (719) 475-2340, and Out of the Breadbox (719) 633-7090. Good Luck and congratulations on your wedding!
