    Am new to this site - what is the SCD diet. I have celiac sprue and am always looking for new and tasty recipes plus ingredients to avoid. Thanks from Wisconsin. Sharon

    There is a book called, Breaking the Vicious Cyle, about the SCD diet. Here is a link:

    I've never tried the diet, but I know people who have with good results.
