I was about to make the Sesame crackers. Sent hubby to health food store to get Grapeseed oil, who was told that it's got a hexane toxin in it and they don't sell it. I know I could probably get it at a mainstream store or online, but I don't want to eat toxic food. Has anyone heard about this? Thoughts? Substitutes? Thanks.

Mine comes from Italy, and no hexane in it at all! I shop here in Chicago, and it's in my local Italian grocery. It's often stone pressed, just like Olive oil is.
