Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone had successfully substituted something for this special vinegar as I am having trouble finding it locally and have everything else put together. On an internet search, it said to substitute red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt or soy sauce - does this sound right? Would the substitution be 1:1?
