People on these forums are from all walks of life and have a variety of health conditions and health concerns. What are your biggest health concerns? Celiac or gluten intolerant? Diabetic? GI Disease? Are you taking any supplements to help you with that? How is that going?

    Well, guess I'll go first!

Gluten-intolerant, hypoglycemic, adrenal insufficient, progesterone insufficient. Like Elana, I don't tolerate starches or high-glycemic foods well. I've been gluten-free 4 years and have discovered my supplement needs change sometimes subtly, sometimes drastically, every 3-6 months. I have to take reduced forms or the most easily-aborbed forms of supplements, very often at the highest doses recommended to see any effects. Currently, the core supplements I take are magnesium citrate, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, calcium citrate, pregnenolone, CoQ10, and probiotics. I see a women's wellness doctor who prescribes me low-dose cortisol and compounded oral progesterone and once wrote me a prescription to be kinder to myself. At the risk of jinxing myself, I feel like I'm in a good spot right now as far as my health goes.
