What to grease baking pan with

    I am hoping to try the bread recipe this weekend. got the flour and ings...the special pan..but what to grease the pan with? Olive oil? Grapeseed oil? clearly butter is out.

    If you don't use butter, then you could just use a bit of grapeseed oil and a dusting of almond flour.
