    Try "Allergy Cooking with Ease" by Nicolette M. Dumke. This can be purchased
    directly from her (so she gets maximal contribution) or from Amazon.com.
    Nicolette Dumke has a wonderful website and some gluten-free books. However,
    she writes allergy cookbooks, so there will also be spelt, rye, pasta.
    She has recipes for both extrusion and crank-type machines.
