When dining out in Boulder, I go to the places I know and trust. Both Matthew Jensen’s Radda, and Kimball Musk’s Kitchen, are comfortable places that serve pure, wholesome, delicious food, making it easy to adhere to the gluten free diet. In Summit County, where we spend many winter weekends (think Vail), I walk into Larkspur and my friend Thomas Salamunovich gives me a big hug before I sit down for a spectacular salad.

This guide is great resource for those that need to know where to go when it comes to gluten free dining. The restaurants listed in this book are not necessarily strictly gluten free; they do know how to accommodate the gluten free diet.
What do I like about this guide? The people at Triumph Dining have spoken to every restaurant listed in the book and heard back in the affirmative when they asked about the gluten free diet. That means you won’t get a lot of blank stares when you place your order in one of these establishments. The good folks over at Triumph have also created a wonderful Gluten Free Grocery Guide as well with more than 30,000 products in it.
