Hanukkah is only 2 days away! It starts on December 21st at sundown. The big question? What to serve for the holiday of lights and oil.
Here is a festive menu that I have put together for a delicious Hanukkah dinner, full of lovely winter vegetables in peak season. You don’t have to tell anyone it’s gluten-free, dairy-free and does not contain processed white sugar. I’ve served this to crowds before and no one had a clue. They just chowed. Enjoy and have a very happy Hanukah!
What will you be serving for Hanukkah? Do you have a favorite dish? Leave a comment and let us know!

My Mom’s best friend is Jewish, and we always went over at Hanukkah. They are like family to me. My favorite was the latkes with apple sauce and her chocolate chip cake, which was also her son’s favorite, and the reason she kept making it every year :-)
Happy Hanukkah Elana!
Love, Kelly
