Everybody loves chocolate. Well, almost everybody. My younger son will not eat anything that has chocolate in it, he’s a vanilla guy, but never mind him!
I use Dagoba brand organic cacao powder
, in my baking which is unsweetened. I don’t pay attention to words like “Dutched” when it comes to chocolate, because frankly, I’m just not that sophisticated a baker and really don’t have the time to be. I use cacao powder in cakes, cookies and other baked goods such as Brownies. My favorite recipes using cacao powder are my Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake, Double Chocolate Mocha Biscotti and Fudge Babies.
