Flaxseed Meal

I love baking with flaxseed meal (which I often refer to as “flaxmeal”) as it imparts a rich nutty flavor to baked goods and has numerous health benefits including:
- Anti-Inflammatory substances
- Protection against heart disease, cancer and diabetes
- Helps control high blood pressure
- Prevents high cholesterol
- Rich in beneficial fiber
