Passover is right around the corner.  Given that I’m extra busy with the boys (they have the week off for spring break) I still haven’t settled upon exactly what we’ll be having for our rapidly approaching Seder meal.

Below is a rough idea of what I have in mind at this point.  I may do a Chicken Marbella style dish for our entree, though need to experiment with that a bit more.  I’m also thinking of grilled broccoli tossed in fresh garlic oil (which my boys love).

When I get a more firm picture of what we’ll be dining on, I’ll be sure to come back here and update this list with a few more recipes.  Meanwhile, enjoy!
