All of you regular readers know that I have an obsession with making healthy (ok, “healthier”) gluten free cake pops. Well, this obsession continues for Valentine’s Day.

My favorite part of Super Bowl Sunday is the food. I love preparing healthy gluten free Super Bowl snacks for my boys and all of their friends.

Gluten Free Cake Pops dipped in antioxidant rich dark chocolate.
This recipe for cake pops is one of my favorite gluten free desserts and can also be considered a gluten free candy.
