I can't count the number of times I've been asked for a vegan eggnog recipe. This gluten free, dairy free (egg free) eggnog is not too challenging to make and full of filling rich yumminess.
Unlike other eggnogs, it's not too sweet and has a nice delicate nutmeg flavor. If you want to decrease the sweetness [...]

Soup mania continues. And this dairy free creamy pumpkin coconut ginger soup hits the spot. I decided I had to make something pumpkin today after making pumpkin pies from my gluten free cookbook (The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook) and finding myself with a bunch of leftover roasted pumpkin. Of course soup was the easiest thing [...]

This scrumptious fall twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie is a big hit in my household. The tart dried cranberries and nutty, roasted goodness of walnuts, along with nutrient dense almond flour turn a plain old chocolate chip cookie into an antioxidant rich, nutritious treat.

You will find this cool and creamy cucumber avocado soup refreshing on a hot summer day. I've been drinking it all weekend and experimenting with it along the way.
I tried making it with raw garlic, which did not go down as smoothly as I thought it would, so I eliminated that ingredient. However I did [...]

I was reading our local paper yesterday and saw an article on Rosemary Fig Crackers (glutenoid of course) and decided I had to make my own gluten-free version (or g-free, if you prefer).
These gluten free crackers are super easy to make and delicious as well. My husband gave me the thumbs up on them.

We've been eating quite a lot of salad lately, and being the protein addict that I am, I'm constantly looking for new ways to make it into a full dinner.

This Asian Dressing is a family favorite. Now that our garden is in full gear we are having home grown salads at least once a day. In order to keep things interesting, I've come up with a variety of salad dressings and this one has stuck. I kid you not when I say that the [...]

My boys love this vegan Strawberry Ice "Cream." I made a batch and it was gone in a couple of hours. So I made more and my husband got in on the act, consuming his share.
