This gluten free, dairy free and vegan Chocolate Sorbet recipe is an oldie but goodie from my recipe archives. What are these archives of which I speak? A binder with more than a thousand of my unpublished recipes. Given how hot it’s been around here lately, the boys have been jonesing for ice cream, and I’m more than happy to indulge them with my homemade, frozen treats. My boys love this vegan Strawberry Ice “Cream.” I made a batch and it was gone in a couple of hours. So I made more and my husband got in on the act, consuming his share.
