I have been guzzling gallons of my favorite summer beverage during this hot spell. It’s another easy one, and better yet, has no sugar or artificial sweeteners.
How’s that possible? See for yourself…
2 quarts water
¼ cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
4 dropper-fulls stevia
Fill a 2 quart mason jar with water, almost to the top, leaving 2 inches of space for other ingredients
Add lemon juice and 4 dropper-fulls of stevia

After making too many gluten free angel food cakes and being left with more egg yolks than I knew what to do with, I decided to make this lemon gluten free pudding. It’s quick, sweet and refreshing.
Lemon Pudding Parfait
12 egg yolks
¼ cup agave nectar
pinch celtic sea salt
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup heavy cream
Place egg yolks, agave, and salt in a medium sauce pan
