I’m thrilled to be a part of Pacific Natural Foods’ Everyday Chef Challenge! For the first round of the competition, $5 Dinners, Aggie’s Kitchen, Herbivoracious, A Savory Nest and I will be using a “secret” ingredient along with one of Pacific Natural Foods’ broth products *.

I mentioned in my Stuffed Peppers post the other day that I would give you all the recipe for my Cauliflower “Rice.” Around here, we call it Cauli Rice, and I’m super happy that my husband and children like to eat it as much as I do. Yesterday, when I compiled my Rosh Hashanah Menu, I promised y’all that I would give out the recipe for my Stuffed Peppers today, and here they are. This Creamy Onion Salad Dressing does have a bit of a zing to it, I admit. I like it though, as it’s somewhat warming during the cold winter spell we’re having. My younger son liked this gluten free dressing so much that he not only ate it on his salad last night, he drizzled it over his chicken, declaring it a winner.
