Here’s a yummy way to eat your leftover turkey. Take a couple slices of gluten free Nutty Bread, lettuce, mustard and voilà, you have a delicious post-Thanksgiving meal in a sandwich. Turkey Club Sandwich

Here is one of my favorite sandwiches –the Turkey Club. It’s a sandwich on Nutty Bread with avocado, mustard and of course, turkey. This gluten free, gum free and yeast free bread is great toasted and spread with goat cheese, nut butter or dipped in olive oil. Hello Mark’s Daily Apple readers! Be sure to check out my Paleo/primal Bread recipe. I’ve been a bit lazy in the kitchen this past week –we’ve had sandwich night twice already.
