Lots going on here with a double header holiday week that includes both St. Patrick’s Day and Purim. All of the festivities are keeping me quite busy. Luckily, I have not attempted to make green Hamantaschen, though if things keep progressing at this rate I just might.
Here are some of my favorite gluten free St. Patrick’s Day recipes. They run the gamut from Peppermint Patties to Irish Soda Bread to a green shake –a little bit of something for everyone.

When the boys were little we used to have green eggs for breakfast everyday. They grew out of that phase a while ago and now I think this Green Eggs recipe is perfect for St. Patrick’s day.

As a Jew, Irish Soda Bread would not be something that comes naturally to me. However, over the years, I’ve received numerous requests for a gluten free, dairy free, gum free, high protein Irish Soda Bread. Well, here you have it.

I can tell this Green Chicken Soup is going to become one of my go to dishes in no time at all.
I love this soup because it is an easy way to take in powerfully nutritious greens. These healthier and vegan Peppermint Patties only have four ingredients.
